Nakiri is a knife featuring a double, straight blade, popular throughout Japan, with a thin blade profile, mainly used for cutting, slicing and chopping vegetables and fruit.

The Nakiri  knife features a Damascus blade made of VG-10 steel, with 67 layers of stainless steel laminated together.

The knife has a handle made of olive wood and is delivered together with a protective wooden sheath and a wooden gift box.
