Tako Sashimi knife, with a blade length of 27 cm, produced by Zokura.

The Tako Sashimi knife features a narrow blade, sharpened on one side, which is ideal for slicing thin pieces of meat and fish, as well as for removing fish scales. Additionally, the knife's clipped-off tip aids in lifting and transferring fish from the cutting surface to the serving plate.

The Tako Sashimi knife is crafted with a Damascus blade made from VG-10 steel, consisting of 67 layers of stainless steel laminated together.

The knife has an olive wood handle and comes with a protective wooden sheath, as well as a wooden gift box.
