The device is equipped with:

- Coarse mode for sharpening steel blades, used for blunt or damaged blades.

- Fine mode for sharpening and fine polishing, used if the blade is already sharpen and requires only a slight polishing. This slot can be used for finishing and polishing after the first step of sharpening with the coarse module.

The sharpener gives you the ability to sharpen knives with a straight blade or a serrated blade.

Clean the sharpener with a soft dry cloth or soft brush.
