Thermometer for liquids, suitable for measuring the temperature of the preparations during cooking. Can measure temperatures between 40˚C and 200˚C.
Can be introduced into a liquid bath and very useful for confectionery, sugar syrups, jams, jellies.
The retaining clip on the back of the thermometer allows it to be fixed to the cooking pot and can be slid to adjust the height.
Cleaning only by hand washing.
