Digital fork thermometer instant read.
The LED display shows a temperature range between - 50 ° C - 300 ° C. The unit of measurement for temperature can be switched between degrees Celsius (° C) and Fahrenheit (° F).
The thermometer displays the temperature for 6 types of meat (beef, chicken, pork, turkey, veal and lamb) and distinguishes between 4 levels of meat preparation - blood, average blood, average, well done.
To open the thermometer, press the MEAT button, and to close, press and hold the button for 3 seconds.
The thermometer will turn off automatically 10 minutes after opening and at the same time will save the previous settings.
The thermometer works with 2 AAA batteries (not included).
Before measuring the temperature, set the thermometer to the desired type of meat by pressing the MEAT button, until you reach the desired setting. Then press the KEYS button to choose the cooking level. The cooking level is set according to the type of meat selected.
To measure the temperature, insert the fork up to half, in the thickest area of the preparation - at least 1 cm deep.
Wait 10-20 seconds for the temperature to display. The corresponding cooking level will be displayed on the LCD screen.
As the temperature rises, the indicator will move to the next level of cooking. When the preset cooking level has been reached, the display will flash and the thermometer will indicate by an audible signal that the dish is cooked. To turn off the beep, press any of the 2 thermometer buttons.
After each use, clean the thermometer probe with water and detergent.
